Embodied Theater is founded and directed by Gabriela Garcia.
She is a performing artist and body psychotherapist in Cambridge. Gaby has 20 years of experience in independent theatre in Mexico, Chile and the UK. She enjoys the process of group creation and during her career she has strived to join and remain in established theatre companies as an actress, director, producer, applied theatre practitioner and trainer. She has been mentored by renowned international artists, but her artistic and pedagogical views are strongly influenced by psychology, and she is currently in the clinical phase at the Cambridge Body Psychotherapy Centre.
